one account for Mac and iPhone
invited email accounts can sign in with an email and password. keep that account when the iPhone app becomes available. an App Store subscription can be bought while signed in to it. linking Apple later is optional; do it from account settings while signed in.
free accounts include 50 AI transforms per day, resetting at midnight UTC. local English dictation works without an account. beta access does not start a paid subscription.
what to expect from the beta
insertion support varies by editor. voboard inserts only while the destination still matches the field and cursor you started from. it never sends a message or presses Return. if insertion is unavailable, your words stay available to review and copy.
AI cleanup requires an account and sharing permission. cloud speech, custom styles, and screenshot replies require pro and the relevant sharing permissions. pro subscriptions are bought in the iPhone app when it is available.
signed-in notes, dictionary, snippets, styles, formats, scratchpad, and history sync through voboard servers. read the privacy policy for the details.
